Sexual Assault/Battery occurs when someone has been subjected to deliberate offensive physical contact of a sexual nature including but not limited to: penetration, fondling, touching, rubbing, etc.

Did someone (co-worker, supervisor, store personnel, neighbor, etc.) touch you on your breasts? Your buttocks?

Did someone brush up against you (or your loved one) intentionally and offensively?
